Background
Frank graduated from Rutgers University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010. He earned his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law in 2013, where he served as a founding member and executive editor of the National Security Law Journal as well as president of the Thomas More Society. Frank was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2013.
Prior to joining Garofalo, Schreiber, Storm & Grant, Chtd. in 2014, Frank practiced before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission where he represented the interests of injured workers, and tried cases to verdict.

Frank, his wife Theresa, and their three children are active members of their parish where Frank is a member of the parish finance committee.
