Workers’ Compensation Defense
Jim joined Garofalo, Schreiber, Storm & Grant, Chtd. as a shareholder/partner in 2000. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University School of Law in 1978. Jim has extensive litigation experience before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and the United States District Court.
Jim has been a frequent presenter to various business groups on topics involving workers’ compensation defense.
